Using the tool encourages the act of deep steady breathing, helping to provide relief during times of stress. It can provide a physical cue, to combine the elements of mindfulness and meditation.

Our aroma solutions have been developed by clinical aromatherapists. We use high-grade natural food extracts,  essential oils, and fractionated coconut oil.

Calmly co-founders, Scott and Heather are driven and dedicated to creating healthy alternatives to dealing with stress. We’ve worked with industry experts to create mindfulness tools using deep breathing and aromatherapy.
